Why is the hot water instead of cold coming out from the outside faucet?

Bought a house a few mos ago and today was the first time I used the water from outside faucet so I can wash off my daughter's water table and fill it plus watering my garden but only to find out HOT water was coming out instead of cold! I even let it run for a few mins but it seems like the longer I let the water run, the hotter it gets. How is that possible?

I really, REALLY like salmon sashimi. I want to make some of my own, but being 13, I have very limited resources. So if I run to the ACME, buy some salmon, and clean it... would it hypothetically be sashimi, or is there something the chefs do specially to make it as good as it is?

seems to me the Republicans are trying to hold the debt ceiling and make some significant spending cuts. I'm sure they will fail because they have no balls and the Dem's are too arrogant. it's all just a game you can watch to be entertained. as long as they will not follow the rule of law, this country is doomed. we should have fired them in 2010.

I'm 12, going into 8th grade. I desperatley want to become a movie actor ad I KNOW I've got what it takes. How do I start? Summer camps and acting classes probably? Pease help!
