Vaginoplasty yes or no?

I've been thinking about becoming a woman for a long time now and have talked to some close friends about it. The question has come up to weather I go through full sexual reassignment or weather I keep certain parts of my current gender. So my question is what are the pros and cons on vaginoplasty, and weather our not I should do it. I would love to get the answer from someone who has gone through the process. But my question is open to anyone who wants to answer. Pease any advice would help. Thank you
