Leaking Bathroom Faucet?

The hot water in my bathroom faucet began to dribble n then run in a stream. I have replaced the faucet twice and it would stop for a few weeks and begin to leak again. Today I replaced the line that runs from the faucet down to the shut off valve and it made no difference at all. I am all out of ideas....please advise. Thanks
