My ipod touch says it's connected to the internet but its not loading anything PLEASE HELP D:?

i have the fourth gen ipod touch and it says it is connected to the internet but wont load anything, and it comes up with the message saying that im not connected when it has the symbol and the bars saying i am.. ive pressed forget the network and reset the network setting, nd turned the router off and on and reset the ipod, but nothing seems to work.. pease help me?:-)
