Creating a website? help please?

Okay so my dad is going into the chicken farming business and im looking to set up a website to run it for him. Something i can list the breeds the price the contact number and somewhere to make orders online. That way I can manage everything from one website. I have a cox account I heard you can make websites from? Not sure though. Any information would be helpful. Pease and thank you.
