okay. i think you should give it a couple of days wait for him too cool down. after a few days call him don't text it might make it worse. tell him you were telling him the truth and you would never lie too him. tell him how you feel about him (if theres any feelings there). if he still doesn't believe you say i don't care if you believe me or not i have told you the truth and the bad thing is you still don't trust me. (that usually works for me) and if its over another guy just tell him hes the only one you want. that should work or at least help things a little. also make sure not too yell or argue with him it might make matters worse. i hope this helps.
