We had web cam sex now i'm afraid he is gonna ask me for sex :s?

we're not a couple we have some months going on dates and talking. we had webcam sex the other day and now im scared he's gonna try to have sex with me or that this is gonna ruin what we have or any posibility of a relationship? do you think the same? Did I do wrong? I will not have sex with him out od a relationship but I like him and I didn't felt I was doing wrong when we went on cam...?HELP pease!! =/
