My well pump keeps turning on and off for no reason, any ideas why?

We just got a new well pump installed about a month or two ago and it keeps turning on and running for a few sec and then it turns off again.... I have checked all the faucets and toilets and nothing is on or running. I have checked for leaks and there is no sign of that either. Any ideas why this is happening and how to fix it?
