How Often Should A Parrot Get A Bath?

I own a green cheeked conure and he LOVES getting bathes:) It's like a swimming pool to him lol XD But anyways, I was just wondering if it was okay for him to get a bath everyday? He gets one under the faucet:D Also, how can I get my 2 cockatiels to like getting bathes? Lucky, my male cockatiel, was abused and he is very fearful of new things.
