How should we approach this issue?

My husband told one of the girls in the office Saturday we had a leaky faucet, we waited all day Monday. Then I went around 5:30 to see if maintaince was coming and they said they would get to us tomorrow it is now 8pm. when we left we put both dogs up incase they came while we were out. Should we talk to the ladies or should we go above them and took to the manager? What would you do in this case?
