Im getting way too stressed and it can't go away, can anyone help me or relate?

As strange as it may sound I would try yoga-we had a yoga teacher come to my health class one day and it was amazeing I was so stressed with school,life,teachers,friends,parents,gir… and we did yoga for the whole class and it releaved all of that it was amazeing and it felt good but if that fails the try therapy
