I don't know how to use this shower? It's a delta with no lift up valve.....?

I just moved in a new house and it's a delta fixture. It doesn't have a tap where you lift up to get the shower to work. It's just the head fixture for hot and cold, there is a shower head and the faucet for the tub. How do I initiate the shower?
