I'm having problems with anime studio 6 debut can you help?

i don't use bones and i seem to do fine with out them and i put a lot of detail in my work and because i might want to insert it in a different anme project i do it in one layer. Well when i get the 1st frame looking good i move on to the next one. the seen i'm doing now is real repudiative so i copy and paste frames and the points are all over the place. help pease and thanx.
