Is there a way to turn the water off in just one bathroom?

I live in a double wide trailer. My dad fell in the bathtub and broke the faucet off and water sprayed everywhere. We found a way to turn the water off completely. I was wondering if there was a way to turn it off just in that bathroom so we can use the other bathroom, wash clothes, etc.
